HOUSE RULES

  • ID's/passports need to be presented upon check-in!
  • Check-in: after 2 pm (unless otherwise agreed).
  • You will be notified in advance if an earlier check-in is possible
  • Check-out: 10 am (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Please let us know in advance (the evening before the check-out), if you wish to leave before 10am
  • STAINS/SPILLAGE - IMPORTANT
  • Stained linens, mattresses, mattress protectors (PLEASE let us know immediately, so we can replace them and wash them!)
  • RUBBISH/TRASH - help us recycle!
  • PLASTIC (separate bin). GLASS (separate bin). PAPER - MIX (separate bin). ORGANIC WASTE (separate bin)
  • HEATING in the house:
  • Winter + sweaters = warm temperature (ACCEPTABLE)
  • Winter + shorts + T-shirt = hot temperature (UNACCEPTABLE)

PET RULES (Apartment Peaceful Escape)

Pet owners should provide the following:

  • Pet’s food and water bowls
  • Pet’s bed

Guests traveling with pets need to provide all the necessary equipment for the upkeep and feeding of their pets. Under no circumstances shall any equipment in the apartment/studio be used for animal use – for example, crockery, the use of a shower, available towels and linen! Any use of the linen for their pets is to incur additional fees (stained linen)!
